Chocolate Mint Smoothie Bowl with Witzi’s Original Granola

Ingredients:


• 1 can full fat coconut milk
• ½ fresh or frozen banana
• 4 Cups fresh spinach
• 5oz plain or vanilla yogurt
• 2 scoop/serving protein powder (optional)
• ½ cup fresh or frozen mango
• 1 TBSP cacao powder
• 6-8 fresh mint leaves
• 3 TBSP nut butter
• 1 cup milk of choice (optional)

Topping

• ¼ Cup Witzi’s Original or Chocolate Honeyberry Granola
• Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add the coconut milk to blender first

  2. Add the all ingredients, leaving the milk for last

  3. Start with ¼ to ½ cup milk

  4. Blend well.

  5. Add more milk to desired thickness

  6. Pour into 2 to 3 bowls

  7. Top with Witzi’s Grain Free, Gluten Free Granola and a little mint leaf as a garnish
